At the root of my practice, I believe in the great strength of people. I believe that personal problems stem not from innate faults, but from negative, toxic and unhealthy patterns or stories dominating life. When we stop growing and learning from our experiences, we fall into painful and unhelpful patterns. Therapy will support you in developing concrete tools to create a more meaningful life.

My practice is rooted in narrative and systems theory, complimented by mindfulness practice. Incorporating a whole-person approach, I support my clients in connecting with their emotions and others in a balanced, thoughtful way, seeking to sustain themselves in all aspects of life.

I work with adults of all ages and specialize in stress management, anxiety and depression, mindfulness practice and relationship issues. I have experience treating adults with substance use and serious mental illness. I strive to always give honest yet sensitive feedback, and you should leave every session feeling both supported and challenged.
