My Philosophy

All About Therapy

A full life has both beauty and pain. The goal of therapy is to help people deal with pain in a healthy way and foster growth from challenging life circumstances. My practice centers on the belief that you are already strong and whole, that you know yourself and your family best, and that my role as a therapist is to guide you towards the path you choose for your life. Change is a hard, but I’m here to support. Come on in.

My Services

Individual Therapy

Stories define our life; what has happened to us, who we are, and who we hope to become. Stories of both achievement and struggle are important to live a balanced and full life. When your narrative has become overly negative, therapy can help you find where you are stuck and create a story of growth and strength. Grow your story.
